Naturally there is more CHEST POSING for the cameras and the few lucky fans in the gym who saw us shoot the DVD. The scene shifts to The Fitness Warehouse Megastore in Adelaide and RONNIE POSES at the SEMINAR for the packed audience. From the seminar we took Ronnie straight to the gym for his LEGS TRAINING. Witness some unbelievable sets on the leg curl machine where the hamstrings show the most incredible separation I have ever seen. Plus much more. This is Ronnie Coleman how we all love to see him - training and training hard. It showcases his campaign for the 2003 Olympia, when he came in bigger, harder and more ripped than we have ever seen him before. The total running time is 3 hours 16 minutes. More than 3 whole hours of Ronnie.
One of the roughest, toughest workout imaginable. Just see the weights - unbelievable, man, simply unbelievable.Ronnie shows how he came to be Mr. Olympia, and how he holds the title year after year. He has given a new benchmark for this prestigious title. The video also goes into the background of Ronnie's police career, plus an indepth interview.
Apart from the 73 minutes of early contest and outdoor posing footage of Arnold and Franco, the bonus material from this collector's DVD includes more recent out-takes, on-stage and behind the scenes video from the Arnold Classic. Firstly we see Arnold on stage in England aged 19 on the 28th of January 1967, doing curls and then guest posing. Next aged 20 while outdoors in a garden he pumps up with DB curls before posing. This includes closeups of his amazing arms and is the earliest Arnold colour footage we know of. In 1970 you see Arnold as he wins his final NABBA Universe in the Pro class. Also seen briefly are Draper, Zane, Columbu, Coe, Beckles and more. This is followed by brief highlights from the 1970 Mr Olympia. The Olympia footage is poorly lit but included in the DVD as it is so rare. See Joe present the trophy to Arnold at this event. A real highlight is Arnold guest posing aged 23 in USA along with Franco posing at the same event. 1972 poolside on the Gold Coast in sunny Australia, Arnold and Franco pump and pose both individually and duo in a superb in-depth segment including more great closeups of Arnold's huge arms. No other similar outdoor posing footage of Arnold was ever recorded in his career. 1972 was a big year for Arnold as we see him defeat Sergio at the 72 Mr Olympia in Essen, Germany. Posing also by Serge Nubret, Franco Columbu and Arnold plus posedown and award for his 3rd Olympia crown. In 1974 it was back to Australia again for more guest posing, this time at the IFBB Mr Southern Hemisphere contest, with posing also by the winner, Roger Walker, later 6th 1980 Mr Olympia. Next we see Arnold posing at the 1975 Mr Olympia in South Africa, plus posing by Lou Ferrigno and Serge Nubret - the posedown and final award again to Arnold. In 1980 Arnold made his comeback in Australia at the Mr Olympia contest held at the Sydney Opera House. It was to be Olympia victory # 7. See his solo posing, many comparisons, compulsory poses and more as Arnold once again stands victorious. Includes scenes of many of his closest rivals from Mentzer to Zane etc. A tour de force with Arnold, since voted the most popular bodybuilder of all time.

JOE MEEKO, a popular Mr. Universe, Mr. America and Mr. USA winner has
got the lot! He has a world class physique from calves to clavicle,
excellent proportion, as well as blonde good looks. In this DVD, taped
right after the 1987 Mr. Universe contest, Joe displays rippling
striated muscle, extreme vascularity, well separated density and
probably the most symmetrical set of abs and serratus we have ever seen.
We follow Joe through the judging and show as he competes in the Mr.
Universe and Mr. World contests. Then it’s off to the GMV London
Studios, for pumping and lots of posing action in full body and extreme
close-up. Joe demonstrates the correct style and technique for some of
his favourite exercises for key body parts, including arms. The
interview covers posing, training, pre-contest preparation and diet as
Joe reveals the secrets to his “super-ripped” physique. Joe is an

BERTIL FOX PHIL TOPPIN
Shot in London in 1976, the first part of this video (approx. 30 mins)
explores the FOX/TOPPIN training team. A complete gruelling workout,
with muscle flexing between exercises. Full screen closeups of Bertil's
arms as he presses the biggest pair of dumbells ever seen! The final
segment is Bertil posing in a park plus a posedown with Toppin. A young
Fox at his peak! Brutal Bertil won three Universe titles, and went on to
become a top IFBB Professional.
WARREN FREDERICK MR. UNIVERSE
A fascinating feature made in London just after Warren won his class in
the Mr. Universe in 1974. An exhaustive muscle display with stunning
closeups of oiled flexed muscle with bulging veins and plenty of
Warren's famous tattoos. His huge arms and amazing abs are unbelievable.
This 60 mins feature was shot on colour film, no live sound, music
sound track added.
RON TEUFEL was filmed on the Santa
Monica beach, in California, back in July 1977. He was just out of
his teens. It was a
beautiful sunny day and Ron was in superb shape having recently competed
in the AAU Mr. America. He stands 5'6" tall and weighs 190 lbs of
solid muscle.
Ron was a Mr. USA and Teen Mr. America and one of the best built shorter
men that I have ever worked with.
Most notable were his incredible abs, rock hard physique which appeared
to be hewn out of granite and his excellent arms. Photos I took of Ron
made the covers of Iron Man magazine in November 1977 and May 1979, and
Muscular Development in December 1978. Ron sadly passed away in December

Charles Clairmonte is without doubt one of England’s greatest physique
champions of all time. His record is truly amazing. From winning Mr.
Britain, he won the ’86 NABBA Amateur Universe, then the Pro Universe
three years in a row from 1988 to 1990, followed by the ’90 NABBA Pro
World title in Australia. Now Charles is having great success against
